Fernanda de Arruda Camargo
Is one of the founding partners of Wright Capital Wealth Management. Fernanda has 25 years of experience in the financial markets, of which 15 in Wealth Management. Previously, she was a partner at Vinci Partners. Prior to that she was a partner of at Gávea Arsenal Wealth Management. Between 2001 and 2002 she worked at the Global Markets desk at Standard Bank. From 1995 to 2001 she was responsible for distribution of capital markets, treasury and structured products for institutional investors and corporates at Deutsche Bank. Fernanda began her career in 1994 at the Private Bank of Merrill Lynch in San Francisco, California. She was one of the founders of the LiveWright Institute, an NGO dedicated to improving Olympic sports in Brazil. She is a Board member of Atletas pelo Brasil – an NGO dedicated to sport advocacy in Brazil. She studied Economics at PUC University in São Paulo and has extension courses in Corporate Finance at the University of California Berkeley.
Alexandre Gottlieb Lindenbojm
Has over 26 years of experience in the field of law and taxation and has worked in the areas of M&A and wealth management, succession and tax planning in Brazil and abroad. As well as being one of the founding partners of Wright Capital Wealth Management, he was a partner at Vinci Partners in the area of wealth management from 2011 to 2014. Before that, he was a founding partner at Velloza Girotto and Lindenbojm law firm from 1998 to 2011, responsible for the area of consulting. He began his career at Banco Norchem S/A, he was also a lawyer with Mattos Filho law firm and worked for Greenberg Traurig Attorneys at law in NY in 1997 and 1998. He is a member of the Board at Ache Laboratories and had been a member of the consultative Board of Racional Engenharia-. He graduated in Law at PUC-SP.
Has over 27 years of experience in the financial and capital markets and in Asset Management. He is a partner at Wright Capital Wealth Management. He worked for 22 years at Banco Garantia and Credit Suisse in Rio de Janeiro, New York and São Paulo. He worked in different areas including Treasury, Sales and Management of third party resources. He was firstly responsible for the International Fixed Income investments and Head of Credit Suisse Asset Management between 2002 and 2012, with direct responsibility for the supervision of Equity, Fixed Income, Hedge Funds, Credit and Private Equity Funds , as well as leading efforts for the global distribution for CSAM Brazil. He was Managing Director and Member of the Executive Committee of Credit Suisse in Brazil. He was a partner at KPG Advisors, a consulting company specialized in global investments linked to KPG Capital Partners. He was one of the founders of the LiveWright Institute, an NGO dedicated to improving Olympic sports the sport system in Brazil. He graduated in Economics at PUC-Rio. He is authorized by CVM to manage portfolios and to be an investment consultant.
Has 35 years of experience in the capital and financial markets and in the management of own and Third-party resources having worked with Fundação Duratex (Itau Group), Chase Manhattan Bank, Deutsche Bank, Bankboston, UBS and UBS Pactual. He is a Board member at Senior Solution S.A., a technology enterprise traded in Novo Mercado, a listing segment of BM&F Bovespa. He graduated in Production Engineering and Law at USP, has completed post graduate studies in Business from FGV and in Finance from FIPECAFI/USP and holds a Masters in Mathematic Modeling for Finance from FEA/IME/USP. He is certified as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst by CAIA Association. He is authorized by CVM to manage portfolios of bonds and securities.
Is a Doctor of Economics from PUC-RJ and a Bachelor in Social Sciences with mention Economics from PUC Catholic University of Peru. Since March 2015, he is an Economics Consultant at Wright Capital Wealth Management. Between 2011 and 2013 he was Chief Economist for Brazil at Vinci Partners, responsible for covering the Brazil for the different areas of the company. Between 2010 and 2011 he was Chief Economist at Brookfield Brazil responsible for both global coverage and Brazil, a member of the Investment Committee of Brookfield Asset Management and advisor to the President of the company. He worked previously as an economist for Opportunity Asset Management and was Economist for the Management of Economic Studies at the Peruvian Central Bank. Between 1997 and 2014 he was also an Associate Professor at PUC-RJ. Since 2014, he is a Professor at INSPER for graduate courses in Business and Economics and for the professional Masters course in Economics.
Has 27 years of experience in the financial market having worked in the Areas of Wealth Management and Risk Management. He is a Partner at Wright Capital Wealth Management. Until January 2015 he was an associate at Opus Investments where he had been responsible for the areas of Risk and previously Wealth Management. He was a partner at Mauá Investmentos from 2005 until 2009 responsible for the areas of Risk and Compliance. Previously to that, he worked at Arsenal Investimentos and at Sul America Investimentos in the areas of Wealth Management and Risk Management respectively. He holds a graduate degree in Mathematics, specialized in Systems Analysis, from UFRJ-RJ and holds a post-graduate degree in Capital Markets from IBMEC-SP. He is certified CPA-20 and is authorized by CVM and Anbima to manage portfolios.
Has 11 years of experience in the financial market, 8 of which are in Wealth Management and Private Banking. He is a partner at Wright Capital Wealth Management. Until 2013 he was a Manager at Gaia Consultoria Financeira, responsible for Asset Allocation and Product selection. From 2008 until 2010, he was Investment Manager at Bradesco Private Bank. Before that, he worked at Banco ABN Amro Real starting his career as a trainee in 2006 and working in the areas of CRM and Asset Management. He is an Electrical Engineer having graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computing of UNICAMP and has an MBA from INSEAD.
Has 16 years of experience in the financial market, 12 of which are in Wealth
Management. She is a partner at Wright Capital Wealth Management. Until 2014,
she was responsible for the areas of product structuring and reporting on offshore
markets at GPS Planejamento Financeiro. Between 2003 and 2013, she worked at
Laeco Asset Management, responsible for customer service, allocation and control of
funds. As well as that, she worked at HSBC Private Equity Latin America at the start
of her career. She graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
Is a graduate of the Universidade Federal Fluminense and has 8 years of experience
in financial markets. Between 2010 and 2012 he was part of the Financial Supervisory
team at Banco Morada. From 2013 to 2016, he worked as a Fund Administration
Analyst with BTG Pactual. He joined Wright Capital Wealth Management in 2016.
PAULO HENRIQUE MOREIRA, CFA
Has 7 years of experience in financial markets having worked in the areas of
Portfolio Management, Risk analysis and Pricing Analysis. Before joining Wright
Capital Wealth Management, he worked as a Pricing Analyst at BTG Pactual.
Between 2013 and 2015 he worked as a Risk Analyst at Opus Investments. He
began his career at ANBIMA working with Price and Indicator Management.
He is a graduate in Economics from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
Has been working since 2015 at Wright Capital Wealth Management with legal matters, estate and succession planning and social impact. Before joining Wright Capital, she worked at Geekie, a social impact start-up focused on education. She is a lawyer, having graduated from the Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo, and has completed extension courses in Private International Law from The Hague Academy of International Law and in French and European Culture, Lettres et Civilisations from the University of Paris-Sorbonne. She is the author of the article “Shareholder Agreements in Publicly Traded Companies: A comparison between U.S. and Brazil” (Brazilian Journal of International Law 2015) and is the founder of CEJUR, a junior enterprise from the law course at FGV Law SP. She also volunteered for different philanthropic projects and NGOs, is pro bono lawyer at the Grupo Juridico das Empresas B in Brazil, member of the Instituto Formação de Líderes (IFL-SP) and member of Base Colaborativa.

from the Universidade Paulista. She started her career in 2010 at GPS Planejamento
Financeiro where she worked in the areas of registration and trades. Today she works
at Wright Capital Wealth Management in the restructuring of the operational area.
